The Delta Service and Education Foundation is a 501 © (3) corporation organized in 2002 to support initiatives within Western Pennsylvania that focuses on educational advancement of disadvantaged young people.    Income is derived from individuals, corporations, fundraisers, and bequests. We award grants by application and, or Corporate Assignment.  DSEF often supports other organizations by serving as their "fiduciary agent".
